What is an integrative health coaching?
A health coach is a trained wellness professional whose main goal is to guide clients to reach their health and wellness goals through behavioral and lifestyle changes to improve a person’s physical, mental, social and spiritual health.
I help people transform their health, whether that’s optimizing digestion and sustaining weight loss, improving sleep quality, creating simple and transformative habits, increasing energy levels, improving relationships, managing stress, overcoming emotional eating, understanding how to eat right for your mind and body, overcoming limiting patterns or beliefs, experiencing a more empowered, positive mindset and so much more.
Are IIN Health Coaches health care providers?
IIN Coaches have been acknowledged by the US Senate as being a “crucial key player in the preventive healthcare sphere. They work with clients to develop healthier habits that help to prevent common lifestyle related diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, certain types of cancers, and hormonal imbalances. HC can work in conjunction with your existing healthcare providers to create a health plan that works for you.
Health coaching is paid for by the client as preventative health care. HSA’s may be used to pay for health coaching services, and if you’re seeing a coach through a medical office, you may be able to use your FSA to pay as well (to find out if your HSA covers health coaching please call your health insurance provider to confirm).
